Contact profiles
View phones, emails, addresses, birthdays, and photos on a contact page.
Each contact has a profile card with identity, Contact info, and links to dossiers, lists, and related people.

- Open a contact from the contacts board or header search.
- At the top you see the photo (or initials), name, and company.
- Under Contact info, Memlane lists labeled phones, emails, addresses, and birthday when they exist.
- Tap a phone number to call, an email to compose mail, or an address to open Maps.
Where the data comes from
- iCloud connected — most fields sync from Apple Contacts. Edit them in Apple Contacts or on another device; Memlane picks up changes on the next sync.
- No iCloud yet — use Create contact on the Contacts board to add a name (required), plus optional company, phone, and email. Memlane saves locally first and pushes to iCloud when you connect. See Connect iCloud.
Memlane does not edit phones, emails, addresses, or birthday on the contact page after creation. Use Apple Contacts for those updates when iCloud is connected.
Why it matters
- Birthday on file powers the Birthday reminder routine. See Routines and Queue.
- Phones, emails, and company feed header search and the AI assistant.
- The profile sits beside Contact dossiers, Related people, and Open promises on the same page.
