Ask the AI assistant

Open the floating assistant, pick a contact for context, and ask about notes, history, or outreach.

The assistant answers from your contact profiles and dossier notes: phones, emails, history, and draft suggestions.

  1. Choose Ask assistant in the header (smaller screens) or the floating button on the right.
  2. On a contact’s page, Memlane selects that person. Or pick someone under Recent or Favorites, or search.
  3. Each person in the list shows the Contact lists they belong to, which helps you tell two similar names apart.
  4. For a network-wide question, choose All contacts.
  5. Type in Type a message... and send. Ask about notes, history, or how to reach out.
  6. Use the trash control to clear that chat after you confirm.
