Get help
Reach Memlane on Discord or email, or report a problem from the app footer.
Use Support for community chat and email, or report a bug without leaving the page you are on. On each main app page, the Help control at the top left opens the guide for that feature in a new tab.
- Open Support from the app footer (or go to
/support). - Choose Open Discord to join the Memlane community and team.
- Or email [email protected].
- From any signed-in page, choose Report a problem in the footer — or under the message box in Ask AI Assistant.
- In the dialog, describe the issue under What’s wrong?, complete the check, then choose Send report.
The report includes the page URL and account diagnostics so the team can help faster. Prefer Discord for quick questions; use email or Report a problem for account-specific issues.
Find a guide or blog post
- Open Guides. Use What would you like help with? to search titles and descriptions.
- Choose a topic, such as Contacts, to narrow the list. Choose All guides to show every topic.
- If no result matches, choose Clear search and filters and try fewer words.
- Open a guide. Use On this page to go to a section when section links appear.
- For ideas and stories, open Blog. Use Find your next read to search post titles and descriptions.
