Reach Memlane on Discord or email, or report a problem from the app footer.

Use Support for community chat and email, or report a bug without leaving the page you are on.

  1. Open Support from the app footer (or go to /support).
  2. Choose Open Discord to join the Memlane community and team.
  3. Or email [email protected].
  4. From any signed-in page, choose Report a problem in the footer.
  5. In the dialog, describe the issue under What’s wrong?, complete the check, then choose Send report.

The report includes the page URL and account diagnostics so the team can help faster. Prefer Discord for quick questions; use email or Report a problem for account-specific issues.
