Who am I neglecting?
Drift rarely announces itself. Reach-out schedules, Cooling reminder, the Queue, and initiation balance help you see quiet friendships before they go cold.
Neglect rarely looks like a fight. It looks like three busy months, then a birthday text that feels thin, then silence that both people accept.
Robin Vale lost a close friend that way. There was no argument. Robin shipped through a hard season at Northwind Studio and stopped initiating. The friend stopped waiting. When Robin noticed, the friendship had already thinned to politeness.

Memlane cannot feel guilt for you. It can put quiet people back on a list. Set a reach-out cadence on the contacts who matter. Birthday reminder, Open promises, and Cooling reminder stay on by default. Those routines feed the header Queue so the next action is visible on any page.

When you Log connection, note who started it. Initiation balance on the contact page shows whether you have been carrying the last ten directed logs. If a Reach-out nudge fires and the pattern is one-sided, Queue context can say so.

Momentum shows 90 days of weekly activity for people on Cooling reminder (favorites join by default). When someone starts Cooling, that routine can put a Queue reminder — alone, or merged with Reach-out when both apply. See Contact Momentum, and pair it with Routines and Queue, reach-out schedules, and Log a connection.
