Create your first lane
Use lanes to move contacts through stages as a relationship progresses.
Lanes help you track people through stages — for example outreach, catching up, or nurturing a new connection.
- Open Lanes from the app navigation.
- Create a lane and name the stages you care about.
- Add contacts to a stage from the lane board or from a contact’s page.
- Drag contacts between stages as things change.
Free plans include a limited number of lanes; Memlane Pro raises that limit.
